It was a kit and there was a manual that had to be followed to build it. It was interesting because 10 different kids would work on it. Five different hours of the day. A lot of their time was spent fixing with the other kids had not built correctly.

Ah... I had started with that version, but the slicing software cannot handle it. Each part needed to be separate for Bambu Labs Studio. Do you have a 3D printer?

@@HLModTech I have probably mentioned this before, but I don’t have a 3D printer. However, in a past video where you compared native Tinkercad files to .stl, you briefly mentioned that it doesn’t matter to choose between .obj and .stl when sending to Bambu Studio. But since .obj is supposed to preserve color and texture data, it could help with the slicing problem. Only way to find out is to experiment with .obj import/export. If that doesn’t work out, then we could experiment with a less brute-force method in Tinkercad.

It is an acrylic sheet with 2 colors. It was for engraving machines, but I have found it is really slick for these too.

I have done that project with almost all of my diode lasers. You can snag them for 300 and up... Maybe less if you catch a sale. This was my latest 10W laser.
